What services do you offer?

In addition to evaluating you for the need for home oxygen, we check to make sure you meet the criteria for your insurance company to pay for your oxygen
We also offer concierge sick visits at your residence if you need a sick note from a provider, need evaluation and treatment for simple medical conditions and can't wait for an appointment from your doctor or want to avoid long wait times at the urgent care clinic
If you're not insured, concierge sick visits are $100 during normal business hours
For your convenience we come to where you are: home, office, hotel, assisted living facility
Concierge services available after hours, weekends, holidays upon request $125

Our team of advanced practice practitioners provide pulmonary evaluations for patients requiring home oxygen support. Our goal is to support you in building a healthier you. No matter what your health needs are, having a supportive team will keep you on the path to meeting them. We work together with your primary care provider and/or pulmonologist to connect you with the services you need.

What to expect during our visit

Our staff will greet you on arrival and identify themselves
We confirm your identity and verify your insurance.
Please have your ID and insurance cards available.
Self pay via cash or credit cards
We love all pets and appreciate you ensuring your pets are secured away from the examination area.

We will review your health history and current medications
Check your vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level)
Additional testing such as covid test available at additional charge
A walk test will be performed for 6 minutes or as tolerated. Other forms of light exertional exercise will be done if you are unable to walk.

At the end of your evaluation, we will discuss our findings and recommendations with you, and remind you to follow up with your Primary Care Provider or Pulmonologist.
We will forward our report to the referring provider
Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy electronically
Laboratory studies/diagnostic tests will be submitted electronically
